Ingredients
2    Idaho potatoes  
0.5  cup  whole-fat Greek yogurt  
2  tablespoon  dry ranch seasoning  
0    Ranch dressing, for serving  

Directions
  1.  Microwave the potatoes for 2 minutes, on high.
  2.  When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into wedges.
  3.  Generously brush all sides of the potatoes with the yogurt and sprinkle with the seasoning.
