2  tablespoon  olive oil  
1    Small onion, chopped  
6  clove  garlic, minced, divided  
2    28-oz cans tomato puree  
10    Basil leaves  
1  teaspoon  Sea Salt   
1  tablespoon  sugar  
1  teaspoon  ground black pepper, divided  
0.5  cup  chopped parsley, divided  
2  pound  ground beef  
4    Eggs  
0.75  cup  Breadcrumbs  
0.5  cup  milk  
0.5    onion, minced  
1  teaspoon  salt  
0.5  cup  shredded Parmesan cheese   
1  pound  spaghetti, cooked  

Directions

1. Place the Inner Pot in the Power Quick Pot.

2. Press the Sauté Button, scroll to the Vegetables setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button, scroll to set the cooking time to 20 mins., and press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle.

3. Add the olive oil, chopped onion, and 4 minced garlic cloves to the Inner Pot and cook until translucent.

4. Add the tomato puree, basil, sea salt, sugar, ½ tsp. black pepper, and ¼ cup parsley and cook for 10 mins. to make the sauce. Press the Cancel Button.

5. Combine the beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, minced onion, salt, Parmesan cheese, and the rest of the garlic, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl and form the mixture into meatballs.

6. Place the meatballs in the hot sauce.

7. Place the Lid on the Power Quick Pot and turn the Lid counterclockwise. The Lid will lock and the Pressure Release Valve will close.

8. Press the Pressure Button, scroll to the Beef setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button, scroll to set the cooking time to 20 mins., and press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle.

9. When the timer reaches 0, the Power Quick Pot will automatically switch to Keep Warm. Press the Cancel Button. Slide the Steam Release Switch to the Open position. When the steam is released, remove the Lid.

10. Remove the meatballs from the Inner Pot and serve them over the cooked spaghetti.
